Rajesh is the Managing Director & CEO of Sajjan India Limited. He has a rich experience of over 36 years in the Indian specialty chemicals industry, including the CDMO business. Most recently, he served as the Managing Director & CEO of Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd, where he spent over 23 years, leading diverse teams and complex, large-scale chemical manufacturing operations that catered to agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and speciality chemical segments. Prior to Jubilant Ingrevia, Rajesh has worked with Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Ltd, Indofil Chemicals and Shalimar Paints Ltd.
Pawan is the Chief Financial Officer at Sajjan India Limited. He holds qualifications in FCA, ACS, and AICWA and brings in more than 28 years of experience across multiple sectors. He has held leadership roles in Kirloskar Oil Engines, VKL Seasonings, Power Exchange India, Thomson India, Bausch and Lomb, and ICI Paints.
Devendra is the President of Operations at Sajjan India Ltd. He is a distinguished professional in Operations Management with proven success in the CDMO/CRAMS business. He has held coveted leadership positions in companies including Neogen Chemicals Ltd., Acmechem Ltd., PI Industries Ltd., and Cheminova India Ltd.
Anuj is the Chief Technology Officer at Sajjan India Limited. He is a PhD in Organic Chemistry and has more than 20 years of experience in Research & Development in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and fine chemicals. He has also worked as Global Head-Synthesis R&D in PI industries and UPL.
Prutha is the Chief of Human Resources at Sajjan India Limited. She did her Masters at the University of Oxford and holds 22 years of multi-sector experience in Pharma, Consulting, BFSI, Telecom, and Hospitality Sectors. As an OD practitioner and user of psychometric tools, she brings in-depth expertise around whole-person change.
Debabrata is the Executive Vice President, Head- Technical Services and Project Execution at Sajjan India Ltd. He completed his Masters of Technology in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He holds technical expertise in understanding the manufacturing process, spanning from R&D to commercial implementation. Previously, he has been a part of Navin Fluorine International Ltd, PI Industries Ltd, Indofil Industries Ltd, and more.
Vijay is the Vice President and Head Key Accounts- Japan at Sajjan India Ltd. He brings over 32 years of comprehensive experience across multiple domains such as accounts, finance, legal affairs, taxation, operations, and business development.
